Things I do throughout the day and How Often
This survey is designed to incorporate the features of survey taking as an effective tool for foreign of instruction.
Unit and Class Description
This unit is about having students describe their daily activities and schedules.
The unit is designed for level 3 Arabic students, who have knowledge of how to create sound sentences and derive meaning from roots. The students will take the survey to determine frequency, understanding of the materials in class dealing with daily schedule, and compare what they do with others in their class.
Objectives
1. Students will be able to describe their preferences for certain daily tasks.
2. Students will be able to express frequency of actions dealing with daily schedules.
3. Students will use results to compare their schedules and interests with others in their class, as well as with students in the Arabic speaking world.
4. Students will be able to justify the amount of time they use on different tasks.
